A low-deck trailer for hauling tall, heavy machinery over the road. A removable-gooseneck (RGN) version detaches at the front so equipment can be driven straight onto the deck. The low deck height keeps over-tall loads within legal or permittable height and lowers the centre of gravity for stability. Lowboys are the inland workhorse for excavators, loaders and cranes moving from port to site.
