A shipment that fills — or simply books — an entire container for one shipper, priced per container regardless of how full it is. FCL means your cargo is loaded once at origin and not touched until destination, which lowers handling risk and usually speeds transit versus consolidated freight. Above roughly 13–15 CBM it is typically cheaper than shipping the same volume loose.
