The fee terminals charge for moving your container between the vessel and the yard — crane lifts, positioning and gate handling. It appears at both origin and destination and is billed per container. THC is a standard, unavoidable line on almost every ocean quote; what varies is whether a low "all-in" rate you were shown actually includes it or leaves it to appear later.
